Hello Florin,

As discussed today while looking at the target, it appears something like a mis-setup clock or a power event disturbed the A53 debug address space.  Since minimal images which do not turn on as many resources work, it seems like the boards which have issue may have some kind of power delivery or noise sensitivity.  You should check the signal level and quality of the subset of boards that show the issue.  Also comparing power and clock status on good and board boards in a differential way to help highlight any differences.
