Can anyone point me to documentation that details which POP (NAND/LPDDR) parts are supported by the ROM code in the OMAP3530?

Hello,

You can find the supported device IDs for NAND devices in the OMAP35x Technical reference manual. this is located in the table titled "Supported NAND Devices". The Memory Subsystem Chapter also discusses both the LPDDR and NAND requirements. You can find the TRM here:
