AM5726: Internal pull

Guru 10255 points

Part Number: AM5726

Hi Sitara Support Team,

Regarding the SYSBOOT configuration, the customer's system will use it as GPMC_AD,
so it will be multi-functional with GPMC_AD.

The boot logic will be read in the power-up sequence, so of course it will be
necessary to give the logic with an external resistor (built-in pull cannot be
used for the boot logic).

Even after transitioning to normal operation, the external resistors will still function,
so the internal pull will be used as a disabling factor.
In this case, the maximum leakage current is 65uA; 3.3-V mode
from the electrical characteristics in 5.7.10 of the data sheet
and the direction of the current can not be specified.
Is my understanding correct?

Best regards,
Kanae
