Android Froyo DevKit V2

Hi,

We are trying to use the TI_ANDROID_FROYO_DEVKIT-V2 source tree to our zoom development kit. I found some configuration options like omap3_zoom2_config on u-boot & omap3_zoom2_defconfig on kernel source codes. Whether these configurations works on Zoom2 platforms without android. My first step is to check whether the source tree which was developed to support EVM, beagle and several other platforms is supporting for Zoom2 also... and the later on stage to go ahead with Android porting.

I am using LogicPD- Zoom2- LVSOM kit, can any one tell me whether the configurations mentioned works for this platforms???.

I too have evm, beagle kits with me & I am pretty sure, it was working fine on those platforms with Android.

Hi Yuvraj,

We have not tried on zoom kit. But you can give a try on the same. I am not sure about result.

Currently we are not testing on zoom kit.

The TI Android DevKit (rowboat) kernel may not provide full support for zoom2. But you are free to try the kernel available at omappedia

I think it should be possible to use the omappedia kernel for zoom2 with the rest of android DevKit
