TDA4VMXEVM: RMA:TDA4VMXEVM can't work.

Hi Expert,

Customer 's TDA4VMXEVM can't work and want to process RMA.

Per consulting with TI team for simple trouble shooting : It could be the PMIC damage.

They tested different kind of Boot Modes
1. SD Boot Mode
2. UART Boot Mode
3. No Boot Mode
UART Console doesn’t shown any messages expect connect information.

Please help to do the RMA process
