AM6546: DDR4 parameter testsing which is interfaced with AM654x processor.

we wanted to test the following parameters for the DDR4 which is based on the AM654x processors. 
  • Timing parameters 
  • Signal  quality 
  • Eye diagram 
  We don't have any testing point on the PCB  for testing by probing on the PCB,
  it is possible to do testing this parameter with the software? please let's know if any support software can we get from TI?
we are using micron DDR4 part no  - MT40A1G8SA-062E AAT:E
