USB Bootloader Stall PID

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320VC5506, TMS320VC5509A

Hi!

I am using Thesycon USBIO to load firmware through the USB according to the spra840c - Using the TMS320VC5506/C5507/C5509/C5509A USB Bootloader (Rev. C).

We loaded firmware to the MMB0 motherboard C5507 and it worked very well.

Although, when we made a PCB with C5509A, using TMS320VC5509A DSK as reference, the bootloader did not work. When we are going loading the firmware, USBIO shows: "Pipe06: Error code 0xE0000004: HC Error: stall PID."

I have seen that Stall PID occurs due to error in the module. We then checked capacitors and resistors in the USB data line but they were ok.

Would this be a problem of hardware? Does C5509A requires a different driver?

Thank you in advance!
