Network Encapsulation Unit - NEU - How to import RTSC component?

Hi,

The latest Video GDK has an RTSC component called NEU. This component is attractive for networking because it is lighter weight than the NDK.

How do I import this RTSC component. I tried doing Window>Preferences>CCS>RTSC>Add and added the path C:\work\VIDEO_GDK_01_00_02_07_delivery\DSP_SRC_REL1000_VIDEO_GDK_WITHOUT_CODEC_SRC_ROOTDIR\rtsc_components.

The RTSC packages shown do not reflect the RTSC packages that I know are under this directory (including NEU).

Any ideas how to add the NEU RTSC component? The directory has the package.xdc, .xs, and .bld files.
