use matlab GUI in Piccolo 28035

There is no other tool available that provides the same functionality as RTDX. 

I don't have experience transmitting data to a target, but I imagine you would need to use a transport such as a serial port. If you want to load memory through the emulator, the memory window in CCS does have support for loading data to the target (while the target is halted, I assume).

We have “HVMotorCtrl + PFC” Kit with Piccolo (TMS320F28035).

And the guidence shows "Name the new configuration xds100-f28035.ccxml or any other name depending on the target device. Make sure that the Use shared location checkbox is checked". Can I use like XDS510  for RTDX?

CCS has the RTA tools (or sometimes called the BIOS analysis tools) that communicate with the target via RTDX.
