My customer is using TMS320C6654 and is asking for the bare-metal SDK, do we have this SDK please?

Hi,

The pdk_c665x_2_0_1xx\packages\ti\csl is baremetal.
All the drivers are provided with source code and pre-built library.
The driver examples (applications) are mostly use SYSBIOS, but you can change it to baremetal to link with the libraries.
