[OMAP-L138] How to enable MMC/SD U-boot support

According to the device driver and performance guide for PSP 03.20.00.14 U-boot should have MMC/SD support for OMAP-L138.

However, there are no further documentation on how to use this feature. Can you please point to me a link that will allow copy a file from the SD card to RAM via U-boot?
