SOM with power measurement circuitry and operating at -40 to 85 degrees

Hi Team,

We have already purchased Logic's OMAP L138 EVM - TMDXOSKL138BET.It contains SOM operating at 0 to 70 degrees.
I would like to know whether SOM with power measurement circuitry and operating at -40 to 85 degrees are available now.

Also please let me know whether 6.4" display kit, operating at -40 to 85 degrees are available.
