TDA3MV: the verified DDR list

I'd like to check the verified DDR of TDA3MVSBFABFQ1 for automotive DMS application. Could you recommend the verified DDR for TDA3MVSBFABFQ1? Please share it with me if you have the verified DDR list.

TI does not provide such a list. The TDA3MV device supports JEDEC compliant LPDDR2, DDR2 and DDR3 devices that adhere to the datasheet DDR layout guidelines:

Thanks for your response. One more thing, I want to know the density(like 32Gb) of DDR for TDA3MV and ECC memory can be used on TDA3MV device. Could you check that?

Hi,

TDA3MV supports a maximum of 2GB of DDR memory.
