AM5726: About the communication method of ARM0 and ARM1 in SMP

Hi experts,

My customer is looking at communication methods for sending and receiving data on ARM0 and ARM1.
The OS is SMP/BIOS.

Is there a recommended communication method for sending and receiving data on ARM0 and ARM1 with high throughput?
MessageQ？Mailbox？ or something else?

Hi Sasaki-san,

For TI-RTOS, the big-data example would be recommended for high throughput applications (https://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-rtos/esd/docs/06_03_00_106/rtos/index_examples_demos.html#big-data-ipc-example), although this is written assuming A15 -> DSP communications, so the DSP portion would need to be modified and built for Arm instead of C66.

This example uses MessageQ, and passes an address to a shared memory pool.
