AM3352: What is the country of origin of the AM3352 die (The Fab)

Part Number: AM3352

What is the country of origin of the AM3352 die (The Fab location). I asked before and someone gave a materials link that showed it was assembled in the Philippines. The customer I working can not use a part with die from a fab in China.
