NAND Flashing Error On EVM3730

Hi.

I have a problem to flash EVM3730 without SD Card.

First of all, I tried to "Erase All" using Flash v1.3. But, Failed. Please see below output. I think there was no problem to communicate between PC and EVM. Because, the output shows me that Flash s/w got ASIC ID from EVM. But the progress was stopped at "waiting for 2nd". It means time-out (no response)?

Please let me know your idea.

Thanks.

  • I recommend that you try the USB mode of flashing.  We have experienced some UART difficulty on AM37xx with Flash v1.3, that we are still trying to resolve.

Detailed instructions for setting up USB can be found on the User's Guide page: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Flash_v1.3_User_Guide.
