There are some pins named MCM0XXX, what's the function of these pins?

    Nancy,

    The Data Manual for the TCI6638K2K appears to show obsolete ball names in the pin map.  You can cross-check the ball numbers in the terminal functions table and see that the MCMxxx signals are all renamed HYPxxx.  All of this pins are part of the HyperLink interfaces.
