Dear team,

Customer has 2 questions about c6748:

1. The SATA interface with hard disk is not stable; any way to modify this?

2. could you provide the new driver of C6748 based on CCS platform?

    Hello Sammi,

    1. Can you please provide more details on this? What behavior are you observing with the SATA interface? 

    2. Unfortunately, there is no new SATA driver available for C6748 other than the one provided in legacy software packages such as BIOS PSP. 

    BIOS PSP can be downloaded here: http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/psp/BIOSPSP/

    After installing, the SATA driver can be found at ~\ti\BIOSPSP\packages\ti\pspiom\sata

    · sata - The sata folder is the place holder for the entire sata driver. This folder contains psp_sata.h, psp_ata_med.h which is the header file included by the application.

    · build – contains CCS 3.3 / CCS 4 project file to build sata library.

    · docs – Contains sata driver design document.

    · lib – Contains sata libraries

    · src – Contains sata driver’s source code.
