Hi,
I have used two DM6437 chip in same board design. one is marked "$NC 0BA909W" and 2nd one is marked "$NC 08A94NW". The Vcore (+1.2V) power consumption of first one is about 100mA higher than the 2nd one. Any possible reason?

Kevin,
What is the temperature you are measuring at ?
I confirmed from the experts who say that "This is well within the range of expected variation across process for this device, even at 30C junction temperature."

Varada
The temperature on 1st chip is 118 F on top of chip. The 2nd one is 108F. So, I measure the Vcore current and found 1st one is 100mA higher than 2nd one. Any possible reason?
