AM4372: GPMC nor flash boot

Hi,

Where is the document about gpmc nor flash boot procedure?

Customer has flash the program starting from 0x08000000 successfully, but cannot boot up. And he can debug with ccs successfully. I only found chapter memory booting mentioned that.

Is there any configuration that needs attention?

What documentation are you consulting for GPMC/NOR boot, the TRM? Please see the AM437x TRM, 5.2.6 Memory Booting for details on NOR boot.

Is the customer using Processor-SDK-RTOS, or some other software?

I don't see NOR boot mentioned in the PRSDK docs, which indicates to me that it isn't supported: https://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-rtos/esd/docs/06_03_00_106/AM335X/rtos/index_Foundational_Components.html#boot-modes
