[VC5416] Possible IBIS problems

I have a couple questions about the VC5416 IBIS model.

Looking at these pins below, why does address bit 22 use a different name and model name than the other parallel address bits such as A11 and A12?

2       PA22            OUK831
7       A11             OUK831_UPS239
8       A12             OUK831_UPS239

Also, why does X2CLKIN have NC as the model name?
