AM3358: pull up/down option in pinmux

Hi,

How to set pull up/down option in pinmux? For example, MMC_DAT pins, which mentioned in datasheet that they are pu/pd. pu/pd denotes the presence of an internal pullup or pulldown resistor. Pullup and pulldown resistors can be enabled or disabled via software. 

So how to set in pinmux tool? It depends on schematic?
