In older version of tidl-utils, there are prebuilt executables.
Right now, the prebuilt executable for conversion does not exist now.
And the build instruction is not updated and cannot be built.
e.g. FLATBUFFERS_INC_DIR, TF_LITE_GENERATED_PATH
Can u send over the ltest tidl-util prebuilt conversion tools ?
