Is there a SVC Codec Example in the DVSDK?

my evm is the DM6446.

my DVSDK Version is the DVEVM_1_10

I am doing the implementation of SVC(scalable video coding) Codec for DM6446.

Q1) Is there a SVC Codec Example in the DVSDK?
