Top view pin map for DM6437?

Hi All,

I would like to ask one question on DM6437 pin map.

The attached picture here is the repositioning of DM6437 pin map, bottom view, provided in SPRS345d. The 361 pin BGA array was divided into four quadrants and is shown one quadrant per page from page 17 to 20 in the document.

But there is one inconvenience with the bottom view: the PCB layout file is usually viewed from the top. Although there are options in EDA software (Altium Designer, etc.) that could “flip” the board horizontally, such “flip” is available usually only for the main editor window but does not available for other panels. Put it simply, the environment setting of PCB editors are primarily for the top view, so there are lots of inconveniences if the pin map information is only available from the bottom.

Does there also exist top view pin map for DM6437? Can it be found from any TI document?

Thanks,

Zheng
