AM3358: ehrpwm0A/ehrpwm0B/ehrpwm1A cntrol

Part Number: AM3358

Hi Expert,

Customer want to design hw as belows:

1. ehrpwm0A control LCD backlight

2. ehrpwm0B control LED 

3. ehrpwm1A control buzzer

Is it possible for this PWM design?

ehrpwm0A/ehrpwm0B/ehrpwm1A can independent control pwm ?

How to independent control pwm? change duty cycle?

    Hello Daniel,

    This use case seems acceptable at first glance.

    However, I do not know the requirements for the LCD Backlight, LED, and Buzzer control signals. The EHRPWM modules can actuate a PWM signal on either output (A or B).

    Please see Chapter 15: Pulse-Width Modulation Subsystem (PWMSS) of the AM335x Technical Reference Manual for a functional description of the EHRPWM module and details on its usage.
