28335 ADC

In 28335, we have two ADC channels each with 8 conversions.  Here we have 3 different interrupt vectors, each for SEQ1, SEQ2 and ADC.  In this case, if we are working on cascading mode, we shall use SEQ1 interrput or ADC interrupt ?
