Is it Possible to Configure all 16 channels in MAIN Domain only?

    The MCU Domain must be powered on to configure and use the two MCU_MCAN channels.  Whether configuration can be done within the MAIN domain may depend on which core you are configuring from.  Chapter 3 of the TRM describes the system interconnect used for data transfers and configuration.
