What is the best configuration to IO pins for power saving? The chip is TMS320C6748.
I think:
1、For input pins, use external pull-up/pull-down resisters and disable the internal pull-up/pull-down resisters.
2、For output pins, nothing to improve.
3、For unused pins, configure them to output low.
Am I right? Or and suggestion？
