1080p capture in dm368 using dvsdk4

You can look at Brijesh's post in this thread: http://e2e.ti.com/support/embedded/f/354/t/93678.aspx. He has a picture which describes the amount of memory to allocate for vpfe_capture.cont_bufsize. You need to set this number correctly in the bootargs to match your resolution in order to eliminate the error.

Thanks for ur suggestion.Now it's working fine after giving 13Mb buffers for in bootars.But the problem is with dispaly.It is showing two dispaly's.These are my bootargs davinci_display.cont2_bufsize=13631488 vpfe_capture.cont_bufoffset=13631488 vpfe_capture.cont_bufsize=13631488.Can u give me some suggestions to get exact display.

Why you are reserving memory for display ? tidmaivideosink support user allocated buffer and that will be much optimal soln comapre mmap buffer. This will save you lot of memory.

Thanks for ur reply.The memory i am allocating is for framebuffer/osd windows not for TIDmaiVideoSink.I am using both osd and vid windows for display. I am facing a problem when v4l2src is displaying video on TIDmaiVideoSink,  it is displaying  half frame one time and  another frame second time.i.e i am getting some distrubance in picture.It is working fine when i am storing it in a frame.Can u give me some suggestions.
