Hi Team,

Do you have the following tools?
Automatically set DDR Vref and timing parameters with CPU and DIMM and output results after applying stress pattern.

    Hi,

    I'm sorry, we do not have such a tool for the AM335x.  If you follow the layout guidelines in the datasheet, and configure the DDR controller and PHY using the EMIF tool provided on the product page, this will result in optimized settings.
