Hi TI,
I want to connect the MIPI60 to TI14 PIN ADAPTER to the CSI2-EXP connector on J721E EVM but I don't understand how the pins are matched to each other between the two connectors, the first has 60 pins and the second has only 40.
For example, I want to know to which pins the CSI2 Port 0 pins are connected to in the adapter.

If you meant the MIPI60-14pin adaptor shown in the attached link, it is only valid for JTAG connections, not CSI2 connection. http://www.spectrumdigital.com/mipi60-pin-to-14-pin-jtag-adapter/ The first image you showed also corresponds to JTAG signals.
You would want to connect to the J16 header:
The is on the front left side of the EVM (note, do not confuse with the MLB header on the right hand side).
