We are using k2k in our design..
we have problem in DDR3 memory testing.
for lower data rate it works ..but we we configure for higher data rates like 1600 mtps the system is crashing.
kindly let us now if there is some register we need to check.
the image shows the config we are using.
we are using AS4C512M16D3L – 64 Meg x 16 x 8 banks
in this the column address is 1k(A[9:0]) for page size of 2KB..the number of bits is 10 bits.
but in SPRUHN7C page 20, the below table shows
for 2kb ..the column address bits is 11 bits..
is this ok??
What is the work around to work for max data rate of 1600mtps
pls share the ddr3 register configuration for 1600 mtps..working values.
