AM3358: Use of A3 (Reserved Pin)

What is the use of A3 pin?

DS says this is a reserved pin and do not connect anything to this terminal.

My question is, is it fine if I leave it open in my board? Or should I necessarily bring it out to a test point for debug?

Is your question in reference to the A3 ball?

If so, are you using the ZCE or ZCZ device package?

In the ZCZ package the A3 Ball is an internal test signal. As mentioned in associated footnote, nothing should be connected to this terminal so it is fine to leave it open.
