I'm looking to rebuild the NDK (Networking Development Kit)? Can you give me pointers?

The steps for rebuilding the NDK have been moved into the NDK Users Guide. For example there is a "Rebuilding NDK Libraries" section in the NDK documentation of the SimpleLink MSP432E4 SDK's NDK User Guide.
