Where are the register's description for TMS320C6A8168 ?

In the evm.c file for u-boot code (EZSDK board/ti/ti8168/evm.c) in the DDR initialization are used some registers of DDRPHY_*_CONFIG_BASE.

I cannot find them in both documents SPRUGX9 and SPRS680. Where can I find a full description ?
