Does AM5746ABZXA require a secure disk such as S25FL256S?

If it is not required why? and if it is required why?

    Hi,

    The device AM5746ABZXA supports a variety of boot modes as listed in the Datasheet  (Refer 6.6.3 in the document) that you can access from the ti.com product page. 

    So the NOR flash part that you have listed can be one of the several options for the NOR flash that you can consider (please check the device compatibility before you choose this part) and it is one of the several boot modes that are available on the device.
