1) The library for DSP (PDK, DSPLIB, etc.) does not depend on the OS on the PC side, right?

2) What are the TDA4’s tools that doesn’t work on Windows PC?

    Hi Hata,

    1) Yes, that is correct.  They are all target binaries/libraries.

    2) It is very difficult to answer this question entirely. However, I can say that the SDK and the way to build the binaries for the target are all Linux (Ubuntu based).

    There are examples like the Code Composer Studio, EMIF Tools, Pinmux (web based) all work on Windows PC. However note that this is not the full list of tools. And if you have anything specific to ask please post a follow up question.
