AM5729: PRU

Hi. Hope you are safe and sound.

I have a doubt regarding PRU's. Can the PRU's be programmed independently? (Without using the main cortex A core). Is it possible to do it?

And Does AM5729 support any low power modes?

    Sorry, for the very late reply.

    Yes you can program the PRU's with the IPU as well, I don't think there are any examples for that but you can follow the same programming sequence which Cortex A follows. PRU's run independently of other cores.

    You can find details on low power usage in the TRM
