We have downloaded the codec file - dm365_h264enc_02_10_00_06_production.bin and we have installed it in our PC.
Finally we found h264enc folder in the installed folder (./dm365_h264enc_02_10_00_06_production/dm365_h264enc_02_10_00_06_production/packages/ti/sdo/codecs/), there is a same one folder name in our dvsdk 3_10_00_19/dm365_codecs_03_10_00_07/packages/ti/sdo/codecs , should we replace all of it to upgrade ?
Another one, is the dm365_h264enc_02_10_00_06_production.bin newest version? Can it upgrade to our dvsdk 3_10_00_19 ?
