Any recommendation on 0.4mm PCB layout for AM3715?

We are using AM3715CBR 0.4mm package and currently have difficulty to make break out because of its 0.4mm ball pitch. We found PCB layout guide from T1 talking about 0.5mm package, but it doesn't help on our 0.4mm size. Can any one advise if a PCB layout guide for 0.4mm PoP package available? If it is where I can find it? Thanks!

TI application note “PCB Design Guidelines for 0.4mm Package-On-Package (PoP) Packages, Part I” provides general PCB guidelines of the 0.4mm package. You can find this document by searching on “SPRAAV1” from the TI web site.

Just an FYI. Give the document to your PCB manufacturer to make sure they can actually make the board. They may tweak the recommendations to suit their own processes.
