Hello,

In the TMS320C5517 Fixed-Point Digital Signal Processor datasheet (https: //www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tms320c5517.pdf)

p20/193, we can read for EM_WAIT2 pin that The IPD resistor on this pin can be enabled or disabled via the PUDINHIBR6 (1C4Fh) register The IPD is enabled at reset.

Refering to Technical Reference Manual (https ://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spruh16b/spruh16b.pdf)

p133/1045 Table 1-66, I can't see how to program PUDINHIBR6 register to disable EM_WAIT internal pull down.

Please, could you help me ?

These are bits 11:14 of the PUDINHIBR6 (1C4Fh) register, they are calling them ready bits. I believe bit 11 corresponds to Wait2

depending on what you are trying to do, the wait pins are controller with several different registers. Please see section 4.2.7.7 of the TRM for an explination of the wait function.
