Hi,

For my DM6467T Evaluation board I need to support the auto-detection of the component video source with different resolutions @ different frame rate(i.e 1080i30, 1080p60, 720pp60...).How should I go about it. Should I make any changes in TVP7002 register settings ?The DM6467T uses the following combination  DM6467 +Linux+ TVP 7002

    If you have a reference clock connected to the TVP7002 then you can obtain very accurate information on the input video format by reading various status registers.

    If you do not have an external reference clock connected then you can still use the internal oscillator to determine a limited set of formats.
