davinci_venc davinci_venc: Desired VENC clock not available

Hi,

i use the DaVinci PSP 03.01 GA (r38) Linux Kernel. At boottime and when i change the mode to LCD, i get the following error:

davinci_venc davinci_venc: PLL's doesnot yield required VENC clk

What can i do for this problem.

Hi Klaus,

DaVinci PSP 03.01 GA (r38) release doesnot support DM355(And is tested only on DM365 and DM368). Please use r37 release.

thanks for the information. The release r37 haven't the error.

Is the DM355 supported in future relases?

Yes, we are targeting to support DM355 in Q2 release around June end.
