TDA4VM: LPDDR4 Configuration Tool

Hi Experts

We made own custom board but when running the S/W, system is hanged frequently in the middle of linux booting( Data Abort, Kernel Panic etc)

Rare case, can boot and see the camera image.

we are using SD_card boot and with same software, EVM works fine.

Software Version is

RTOS :  rtos_07_00_00_11

Linux : ti-processor-sdk-linux-automotive-j7-evm-07_00_01

Even we are using same LPDDR4(MT53D1024M32D4DT) with EVM,  I think this issue is related to the LPDDR4 PCB layout.

My Questions are :

    1. Can you provide us LPDDR4 configuration tool

    2. How can we slow down the LPDDR4 clock frequency
