Hello,

On our J721E based custom board, we have interfaced Octal RAM from ISSI (IS66WVO32M8DALL).
We are trying to read and write to OctalRAM using STIG operation in OSPI Controller, is this possible?

Below is the Command address cycles as per the device data sheet.

Hi Keerthy,

The guide mentions only about selecting OSPI Flash devices, does it mean that we can only interface Flash devices to the OSPI controller?

Hi Amarnath,

Yes I confirmed with our SPI experts there is no support for Octal RAM from OSPI controller.
There is no support for from our SDK.
