TMS320C5535: 'csv5' is not recognized as an internal or external command

Hello Support Team,

I am using CCS version 5.4 and tried to compile one DSP_BIOS example code, when compiling code CCS gives an error as below:

'csv5' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
make: *** [VC5505_CSL_BIOS_cfg.obj] Error 1

I referred to suggestions from the below link, but it' doesn't help to fix the issue. 

Please let me know if you need additional details.

    It is unclear if this is caused due to the build environment or due to importing of older CCSv3.3 projects. 

    I would recommend that you look at the release notes of the software and first try to establish a baseline using the recommended CCS version and compilers to build the projects and then try to move to newer CCS environment. ALso check to see if this is caused due to typo of ccsv5 is referred to as csv5
