Is there a way to find processor temperature on the AM6546 boards ( A53 running Linux ) ?

Will it require the installation of any third party software? Or is it already available ?

As long as you have the SDK and able to boot Linux on AM6546 you can refer the above
FAQ to read on die temperatures.
