AM3352: Trying to load u-boot through UART0. Facing Ram initialization problem. RAM compatibility with AM3352

This the Ram model we are using in our Custom AM3352 board. We are facing initial ram initialization problem.
According to the data sheet we found out that the above mentioned ram model is having CAS/CL read latency of 13.
the MAX AM3352 CAS/CL read latency is 11.
Does that mean the ram that we have used is not compatible with AM3352 ?.

Shafeek, the CL of 13 is at the rated speed grade. When using with AM335x, the max frequency is much lower (400MHz) and thus the CL will be lower. Please use the AM335x EMIF tool https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sprack4 to properly configure the AM335x DDR controller and PHY for your board. Instructions and link to the spreadsheet can be found in the appnote.

Thank you for the support. This solved my problem and we were able to upload the u-boot into the processor.
