dm6467T NAND device compatibility

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CODECOMPOSER

Hello,

I am trying to determine compatibility of a NAND device using SPRAAS0C.pdf.  The table lists my potential device and matches everything except the extra data bytes per page.  I don't understand this column and where the number comes from.  Is there a typo in the this document perhaps?  +48 does not make sense to me.  it is on page 13.

My component is the NAND02GW3B2D.  Here was my comparision

RBL                             NAND02GW3B2D

DeviceID            0xDA                            0xDA

#pg/blk                64                                 64

Byte/pg               2048                             2048

Add cyc               5                                   5

Bus width           8                                  8

Everything matches but the extra data.  From the compatibility guide, it seems like the extra data size does not matter.  Is this true?

Also, another point: according to the guide if my RBL is ONFI and my device is ONFI, then I don't have to worry either.  I could not find if my RBL was ONFI.  Can you please tell me if it is or not?  My NAND device is.

Thanks for your help!
